I typically have a waitlist started, however there is often one available as I reserve top two picks for myself and the sire owner.  I want to leave wiggle room for myself and my clients. If you are interested please email me and I will add you to my list. I selectively breed and do not always have availability, however I am always happy to help you find an ethical breeder if I do not have availability. Or I’m happy to keep you on my waitlist. 

A non refundable deposit of 500.00 USD is preferred to secure a spot on my waitlist. Once the puppies are here and healthy, usually around 2-4 weeks your deposit must be sent to hold your place. You may do more if you wish, any amount separate from the initial 500.00 IS refundable. At this point I would hope all owners are fully committed to their puppy.  Most people  like to split up their payment prior to pickup, however full payment is due at pickup. I do not offer payment plans.
I understand life happens and do not take it personally if you cannot take your puppy. I fully believe puppies end up where they are meant to be if they stay with me longer it is not a concern! 

Your puppy will come with a limited registration, this means that you cannot breed your dog.

 I do not generally offer full registration, this is to protect my lines and the lines of breeders who have trusted me. I take this very seriously.
Occasionally I will sell on full to well known and trusted breeder friends. Co-owns are up for discussion to trusted breeders at my discretion. 

Your puppy will come with a limited registration, vet check, first set of vaccinations, three dewormings, can be microchipped if preferred, one month of heart worm prevention, my “Labrador Puppy 101” packet, some treats, and a toy.  Your puppy will have been well loved and started in the best possible way and be ready for its new life with you. 

Prices range from 2800-3800 for my pups. If there is a puppy that I do not feel is worth that price I will lower it. My price may seem high and perhaps it is. Although I have researched and compared  prices with many breeders and have found that  for the quality pups that I produce my price is quite frankly low. The time spent with these puppies from birth to pick up is not something I could even quantify. My life revolves around their needs and my dogs needs as it should. I do not take breeding lightly, I do not over breed my dogs, and will not use them as a machine to produce puppies. They are family to us and the puppies they produce are not taken for granted.  So if my price is too high, that is completely fine I am still happy to help you find a puppy elsewhere.

All puppies are sold on a limited registration basis, occasionally I will consider a Co-own or Full to trusted breeder friends.
